What to write about
- A calculation looks wrong — send the instrument, account balance, risk percentage, entry price, stop price, spread, commission and unit step you used, plus the result you expected. Concrete numbers are the fastest way to reproduce it.
- A missing instrument — tell us the symbol, the contract size and the minimum unit step your broker uses for it.
- Bugs on a specific device — tell us the browser, the operating system and whether you were on a phone or a desktop.
- Anything else — questions, corrections, or suggestions are all welcome.
What we cannot help with
We cannot tell you what to trade, whether a trade is a good idea, or how much of your account to risk. PositionSizeTool is run by an independent developer; it is not a broker, not an exchange and not an investment adviser, and nothing on this site is investment advice.
